- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notice: If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a copyright complaint, you may file a counter-notice. This counter-notice must include the following:
- A description of the content that was removed and the location of the content before it was removed;
- Your contact information;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification;

Takedown Process: Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, SyntaxSphinx will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will also notify the user who uploaded the content of the complaint. If a counter-notice is filed, we will review it and may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.
